Journey with Jesus, Mary and Joseph this Advent recognizing their encounters with forgiveness and how - through it all - they joyfully welcomed our Savior, the New Born King of Kings into their hearts and home.
Joseph forgave Mary when he believed she was unfaithful. Both forgave Caesar and rode a donkey to Bethlehem. Joseph forgave the townspeople when there was no room at the Inn. Mary forgave when she laid her first-born Son in a manger.
Recognize those on your own journey whom you need to forgive; learn how to forgive. With this new freedom, allow Jesus to be born in your heart this Christmas Season.
Come join us for a day of reflection on the way to Bethlehem. Leave your troubles and worries behind, placing all your cares in God because He truly cares for you. The day will be filled with reflection, fellowship, prayer Confession, Mass and joyful spirits. If you like, bring your favorite dish or dessert to share for lunch.
As the Conductor of Polar Express asked, so does the Holy Spirit, “Well, are you coming?...Suit yourself. All aboard!” You are invited to be a part of this journey to receive the gift of a Forgiving Heart.
