Faith Formation

Our spiritual team is committed to helping parishioners and visitors find a place where they feel comfortable and confident, belong and can encounterJesus, walking with them as they grow in faith and understanding, and providing them with enrichment opportunities for their spiritual journey.

Faith Formation is for people of all ages.

Our Faith Formation programs are not restricted to children preparing to receive their sacraments or adults being initiated into the Catholic Church. Rather, each person’s journey in faith is life-long.

Because of this, Faith Formation at Assumption offers a variety of classes, gatherings and experiences designed to assist people to grow in their relationship with God; to grow in knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church and its teaching; to become more committed disciples of Jesus Christ and to be ever more attentive to the prompting of the Holy Spirit in their daily lives.

Assumption's Faith Formation instruction is designed for children, youth and adults.

Formalized Faith Formation for youth at Assumptin Parish is centered on the family. Assumption offers Catholic education, support, formation, youth groups and small group learning to develop and support families' journeys into and through Catholicism.

We need CCD teachers/volunteers/classroom aides. Please pray about this and if the Holy Spirit should place this on your heart,  contact the Parish office or Artie Cordova @ 520-705-4900.

Refer to the volunteer form and indicate in what area you would be interested in helping. It doesn't have to be teaching!  Perhaps God is calling you to do something else for our church.
